Since 2013, we’ve been training people in Minnesota to receive their concealed permit to carry certification. Kelly Park, a 27-year law enforcement veteran and Zach Gowens with 5 years of service, trains and educates class members in Minnesota through public and private classes in the counties of Crow Wing, Cass, Todd, Aitkin, and Morrison.
